Doral Gardens

Doral Gardens is a gated community with the main entrance on NW 107th AV and 52nd St. and has exit doors on 109th AVE. The community was  built between 1999 and 2005. No amenities or lakes are included.

The number of homes consists of 57 , 3 and 4 bedroom homes and they range in size between 1,900 square feet and 3,000 square feet. Maintenance fees range from $126 to $230 per month.

This is a great small gated community sort of hidden from the main drag off of 107 AVE and NW 52nd ST. All homes are single family homes, detached and sizable. Location is great:walking distance to Doral Country Club, Golf, Sedano’s, Publix, and other restaurants and shops. As you can see from the activity above, there’s not much turnover. This is a good sign, it means once people move in, they want to move out.
